RP Designs Shipping Policy

Exchange Policy:

  1. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may exchange it within 10 days of the original purchase date, provided that the product is in new, unused condition and in its original packaging.
  2. To initiate an exchange, Please email raphaperegrinedesigns@outlook.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product and process your exchange.
  3. Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges associated with the exchange.
  4. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if we determine that the product is not in new, unused condition, or if it is outside the 10-days exchange window.

After Placing Your Order

All apparel orders will be shipped within 14 business days of ordering. Orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days once shipped. 

You will receive a confirmation email with your order number. Please be sure to enter the correct email address. Once your order is packaged and ready for shipment, you will receive another email with the tracking number. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. You may not see any additional movement on the package beside "label created" for an additional 24 hours. Once your item has been shipped we will not be able to update the shipping address. If we need to reroute the shipment and resend it, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges.
